A 30-minute floor mobility session at home
Slow hips, ankles, thoracic spine and shoulders — the unglamorous work that makes hiking and desk weeks tolerable.
Pick five positions, hold each for a couple of minutes, breathe normally, and stop short of anything sharp. That is the entire method.
Doing this twice a week beats doing it perfectly once a month. Put it on the floor in front of whatever you already watch.
If something hurts rather than stretches, that is a question for a physical therapist, not for the internet.
