Reading a CBD product label properly

A 15-minute skill that protects you from most bad purchases: total cannabinoid content, serving size, batch testing and what a COA actually shows.

Labels are where marketing and chemistry meet, and where most confusion starts. Total milligrams per bottle is not the same as milligrams per serving.

A certificate of analysis from an independent lab, matched to the batch number on the package, is the single most useful thing to look for.

This is consumer education, not medical advice. If you take prescription medication, ask a pharmacist or physician about interactions before using any cannabinoid product.
